My sales person "Rain" continued after the sale, treating me in a positive and respectful way helping me address my concerns. Jerrett, my service advisor, was always positive about my issues with my EX90. He me in a positive and respectful way helping me address my concerns. Jerrett, my service advisor, was always positive about my issues with my EX90. He printed info for me pertaining to my battery charging experience. His positive attitude together with Rain kept me calm and hopeful that my issues could be and would be resolved. Bailey the service manger was positive and respectful about my concerns. Jason the manger, also listened to and addressed and resolved my concerns in a calm and positive manner which is and has been reflected by his team. I will recommend Findlay Volvo to my friends, and any who ask. More
