During a crisis, including an unexpected flat tire on one car and air conditioner outage on our other (both Volvo’s) we were told that a loaner vehicle was not possible due to a policy that loaner are not gi car and air conditioner outage on our other (both Volvo’s) we were told that a loaner vehicle was not possible due to a policy that loaner are not given out on weekends! The dealership escalated this to the GM, who quickly arranged for a loaner vehicle. The service tech was later more accommodating and was able to arrange for both vehicles to be serviced and a loaner. This was much appreciated. More
