I was not happy when I realized that the salesperson, Allen Ma, who was recommended to me by Jim Womack, who answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment, had another couple who just walked Allen Ma, who was recommended to me by Jim Womack, who answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment, had another couple who just walked in and asked for him. Someone else showed me the car I was interested in and, basically, I had to share Allen's services. Consequently, the whole process took a lot longer than I believe it should have. It took me 1 1/2 hours to get there and I was facing a 1 1/2 hour drive to get back home. I'm 76 years old and that was quite a trek for me to handle alone. After all was said and done, I'm giving Conicelli a 5-Star rating because Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Honda I was about to buy. While I was waiting my turn with the financial person, Allen took me to my new car and set up "Blue Tooth", which I never used before, and other things by connecting my iPhone to the car. He explained a lot of things I never knew before. This is the first car I ever bought that had features that show on a screen in the car. He showed me some other features of my new car including remote start. I told him that the time he spent with me showing me some of the features were worth all the waiting. I left my home at 12:00 Noon that day and didn’t get home until 6:30 PM. I got home ok and totally love my new (used) Honda! Thank you. Doris Concordia Mohnton PA 19540 More
