Ryan and Ken worked hard to find a vehicle for me. Ryan went up and beyond, calling my insurance company to plead for my case and then working to find a vehicle that a lender would loan on as well as roll the payoff balance from the total vehicle. They were patient and encouraging and I drove away with a Ford 150, a truck I never thought I could afford. Ken has called and emailed to follow up to be sure everything is good with the purchase. Everybody I spoke and dealt with there was professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to others. More

To further complicate this, the vehicle was a surprise anniversary gift for my wife, so limited communication. Drove 200+ miles for the test drive and purchase. They added a new battery and tires, and I returned a week later to pick up the well detailed and plated car after hours, Kenny stayed late so we could get the car for a next day surprise. The transaction went off without a hitch due to their extra efforts, and the surprise was accomplished! Thanks for a great transaction! More

The salseman, Kenny, was polite and helpful, not "pushy. While I couldn't do much dealing, the price was firm, I did walk away with a car I wanted. The closing paperwork was done efficiently and promptly. More attention needs to be paid to the condition of the used cars for sale. I found paper trash in the cubicals, so the cleaning process needs to vie improved. I need to return the car for warranty work as a "puddle light" is not working properly. Another example of a car not being properly attended to. By working with Kenny and Josh the warranty issue is being quickly addressed. More
