Friendly, helpful and caring staff I went in looking for a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid XSE in with a silver exterior and black or grey interior. I thought I had seen on-line that they had one in s I went in looking for a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid XSE in with a silver exterior and black or grey interior. I thought I had seen on-line that they had one in stock. It turns out that thery did not have one in stock, but the salesperson, Kenny, was very helpful and showed us one with a Pearl exterior and black with blue trim interior. Although this was not what we had come in to look at, we decided to check it out. Kenny was so nice and really did understand my wants and needs in the car I wanted and after awhile, as Kenny said, "the Pearl color was starting to look a little silver." After all was said and done, I ended up getting the Pearl exterior with black/blue trim interior, 2019 RAV4 Hybrid XSE, and I am really happy with that choice. I appreciated Kenny going above and beyond to make me and my mom happy. I do highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. More

Service is great, detailing services not so much Everyone from the people who answer the phone to the service advisors you see when you get there were great. But I was also supposed to have my car re-detailed because the night I bought my car they didn’t do a good job. So my awesome sales guy, Kenny Rogers, hooked me up with getting it redone. It still was not good. They vacuumed and washed the outside and that was it. Nothing wiped down on the inside. Just so it’s clear the cross bars that were installed were done great and the customer service experience was excellent but it’s only getting 4 stars because of the detailing. More
