I had completed a pre-approval pro was absolutely fantastic to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable about the vehicles and about the process. I had completed a pre-approval process online and once it came through he sent me 7 or 8 different options in my price range and then had them ready to test drive when I arrived, I picked out the one I liked and drove it home the next morning. This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had and I will never go anywhere else!! More
