This is my second review for the same vehicle. I bought a used Buick Enclave with known strut problems at purchase, these were replaced days later only to have two other major issues with the brake pedal and used Buick Enclave with known strut problems at purchase, these were replaced days later only to have two other major issues with the brake pedal and steering. I was treated poorly in trying to fight getting those issues resolved without me having to pay for them. Since then the car has been serviced 3 more times. It is still less than a year later with 4 times of having the car serviced and I continue to have to nickel and dime paying out of pocket and warranty for half the time it is even covered. This vehicle will clearly be having more major issues with it, I am sure just after the warranty expires. This was an extremely expensive $15,000 vehicle considering how much work has been put into it and attempts to deal with customer service leave me with silence or at best excuses. Being a single parent with a child who has special needs and multiple weekly appointments, being sold a car for this price that I continually have to fight to keep safely on the road with my children has made it clear I would not again buy a vehicle from this dealership. I would warn anyone buying a used vehicle from this lot that great treatment you get during your purchase very quickly fades once you come back with any kind of issue (even clear major ones) you will no longer have the same treatment. I was told messages would be forwarded to supervisor and then would and probably will again get a phone call after bad review with excuses as to why there is still a problem. Bottom line, I mistakenly bought a used vehicle from the wrong dealership! On a separate note, the service department does have great customer service. It just seems crazy that every month or two there is another mechanical problem that supposedly has nothing to do with the others. This vehicle has less than 100,000 miles on it! More
