We about an hour away from the dealership and it was was well worth the trip! Kent was excellent, honest, and easy to work with. We agreed to a deal late Saturday afternoon,and needed to return home for a well worth the trip! Kent was excellent, honest, and easy to work with. We agreed to a deal late Saturday afternoon,and needed to return home for a meeting. On Monday we arranged for delivery on Wednesday because Kent was off on Tuesday. In addition we asked if we could view the car on Tuesday because the original day the car was dirty and weren't able to view it for scratches etc. and we are very picky about our cars. Kent arranged for Tony to help us on Tuesday. Sadly, we found scratches immediately that most people probably would have overlooked but they were a big concern of ours. We asked if Tony could have it buffed out for us by the time we took delivery the next day. He said absolutely he would. He said he wouldn't have just anybody do it, but he had a specialist on duty at the time. He wouldn't guarantee they would all be removed but it would be the best possible. We left and as we did we saw him with the detail person pointing out the problem areas. The next day we arrived for delivery. We looked over the vehicle and almost all the marks we were concerned about were gone! From there, Kent had all the paperwork ready and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. The staff was all great. If we were ever unattended, it wasn't long before somebody approached us to ask if we were being helped. We were made to feel welcome every step of the way. Super easy, friendly, and great buying experience. Highly recommend. More

Kent took his time with me and really made me feel welcomed. Kent even offered to find me a ride all the way from Minneapolis to the dealership if needed. My experience was mind blowing other dealers that i went to i was having an hard time getting straight forward answers, NOT here they tell you what you need and how much you need down to get you into your dream car or just any car if no preference. So far i have had 0 problems with the car its a 2016 which is way beter then what i thought id get approved for and it is super clean!! i am an happy buyer!!! More
