He had a nice personal touch. Upon having an issue come up after getting the vehicle home (150 miles away) Kent (Sales Manager) was willing to offer an agreeable resolution in a timely manner without us needing to drive the vehicle back to the dealership. This experience told me this is a classy place that does things right! More
