Kenyon stayed in the background as support for Ollie and yet he let Ollie weave his magic coupled with his business acumen associated with me in the buying experience. This was a relaxed, professional and pleasurable experience for all parties. I would recommend Ollie to any friend of mine in the Peoria area for contact in an automobile purchase discussion. Aaron, aka AJ, is the man you need to see at Uftring Subaru! We had been researching new vehicles on the internet and decided we wanted to test drive a Subaru Outback. We scheduled an appointment at Uftring Subaru, East Peoria with Kenyon Wurster. AJ was the first greet us when we arrived and introduced us to Kenyon. Kenyon then left us with AJ to go on the test drive. He gave us a lot of information about the Outback. We loved the car and decided to see if we could make the trade. AJ, his sales manager and Chris Craine (finance) worked with us to get our payment within our budget. Needless to say we made the trade. Before we left AJ went over the vehicle with us, gave us tips on how to work everything and even synced my phone. His approach was very casual and that made me feel very comfortable. Just a really nice guy. Kenyon did a great job to make sure I was where I needed to be financially. He went above and beyond to find every possible rebate available. So appreciated, given my unexpected financial position. Chris did a great job in getting me in and out of the finance office quickly and painlessly. I was impressed with his attention to detail and everything was taken care of in a one stop shop process. Ivan helped me re-connect my phone to the car and showed me some of the options available and how they work, I needed a loaner car to get home. Kenyon was fantastic. He had Aaron Joseph get the car and take me down to get it filled with gas. Aaron is a wonderful salesman and person. He made me very comfortable and shared some easy tricks to learn all the many programs on my car. I was somewhat frustrated with all the options. It was overwhelming. He put me at ease letting me know, that I am not the only one who has had some adjustment issues. He assured me that in no time I could select the many options with out hardly looking. He also let me know that at any time I needed help with something, just come in and help was available. Thank you all for your friendliness , knowledge and warm atmosphere , putting us right as ease and making our experience with you a very pleasant one. Thanks again. Fantastic Experience by the entire Uftring Team Earlier this year my Mother purchased a car from "Big Frank". My Mother and I was very impressed by their professionalism. So when our car was totaled, we knew who we wanted to do business with. Once again they showed their dedication to their customers. They pulled numerous vehicles up front for my wife to look at, since her accident left my wife with back problems. We originally were looking for a used replacement vehicle. After test driving the new 2015 Ford Escape Titanium, we were very impressed with the appearance, color and comfortable ride, (not to mention the interior options and safety features). A special thanks to Kenyon and Matt who filled in for Frank while he was on Vacation. No pressure, always pleasant, and having two different vehicle's ready for my wife to test drive was an added touch.
