Purchased a car March 14, 2026, had to return car on March 30, 2026, finance backed out of deal. Put $4,000 cash Down and was told the check would be expedited and sent the next day. April 7, 2026!! The sales experience was fantastic. We worked with Yanna and she is outstanding in knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. I also had the opportunity to visit the service department and they are great. The issue I have is the dealership has not yet filed all the paperwork needed to get tags for my new car. My second and last temporary tag expires in 6 business days. The manager will not return my phone calls to assist in this issue. Because of this problem and lack of managerial concern I will never buy another car from ALM More

Went to dealership to purchase aq new SantAFe. They said the didn't have. What I was looking for but could one within 1 day. They also said it was a 2024 model. I researched and there are no 20 They said the didn't have. What I was looking for but could one within 1 day. They also said it was a 2024 model. I researched and there are no 2024 Santa Fes available Anywhere. They gave an unexceptable trade offer and we left. Tried calling dealership over 6 times. All phones go to voice mail. They obviously don't want my business so we went elsewhere and found what we wanted More

They have been under re-construction for at least six months. The service department can be difficult to deal with and are not appologic when it comes to how to even get into the bays. The service manager gets angry if you don't come in as they wish. I've been waiting for them to fix a defect in my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe for months and was scheduled to have it completed today. When I arrived, on time, the necessary part was not ready and so now it may be another month before the issue is resolved. Once they were great now, and probably until construction is complete I would recommend staying away from this dealership and if I had know, would not have purchased from them. It's a disaster there and I'd suggest another Hyundai dealership for best buy and service. More

Worst experienece ever buying a car. Bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson feom Jeremy Koone and within bot even a year, the car’s engine is completely gone. We were told it may be covered, but now we are out Hyundai Tucson feom Jeremy Koone and within bot even a year, the car’s engine is completely gone. We were told it may be covered, but now we are out of pocket thousands of dollars with no car. The car is in service at the dealership and we have recieved no correspondence from the dealership at all regarding its progress. This is an abosulte nightmare dealership. Don’t expect quality customer service either. Regardelss of the time of day you call service, you won’t get anyone on the phone, least of all Alvin. More
