Must admit I was disappointed very Much in the actions by , transparency and tactics of the sales group at this dealership - the review would be so much worse had not been the actions one financial direc by , transparency and tactics of the sales group at this dealership - the review would be so much worse had not been the actions one financial director (kerlyn barbosa) who did everything she could to make up for some of the frustrations I had and made my negative experience feel less then when I originally left the dealership - she was open - listened to my rants - and actually seemed to work to make customers happy.
