Avoid at All Costs If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. We drove over an hour multiple times, first to see and test drive and then to sign paperwork, for a car we were assured was ours zero stars, I would. We drove over an hour multiple times, first to see and test drive and then to sign paperwork, for a car we were assured was ours, only to be met with complete incompetence and outright dishonesty. After signing, we were told that we could fund the downpayment in the morning since it was late at night by the time everything was said and done. We also weren't able to see the vehicle as they claimed it was in service for a pre-sale inspection. The next morning, we attempted multiple times to contact the dealership to fund the down payment, but they completely ignored our dozens of calls, texts, and messages left with reception. Despite our efforts to finalize the deal, we finally received a call two days later that the car was in transit to Chicago - they sold the car out from under us. This dealership wasted our time, misled us, and showed zero integrity. If you value your time and money, go anywhere else. If you must go here, I would avoid Berkay Kalkan (Sales), Jonathan Melendez, Muhammad, and Omar (Management). More
