I’ve been leasing cars at this location for over 5 years now. I’m on my second lease with Hollywood Kia. I came in for an oil change met Jason Raffo was very professional and curtoius. I had only scheduled a oil change but I had received a leet in the mail for a software recall Jason was kind enough to accommodate the recall with my oil change and explained it would take longer and I was aware but also pleased I didn’t have to make a separate appointment. My last visit last year for an oil change wasn’t the best experience and was a very long wait but this past visit was really great thank you Jason Raffo hope to have you as my advisor next visit.
