Exceptional Service! Thank you. I was extremely grateful for Lillian's help during my service appointment yesterday. In all my visits, this was the first that a Service Attendant lef I was extremely grateful for Lillian's help during my service appointment yesterday. In all my visits, this was the first that a Service Attendant left his/her desk and came out to my car to clarify an issue. She was courteous and attentive to my concerns, and coordinated with the Sales Department where I attending to other business. Today, she followed up with me and I was happy to report that the problem has not recurred in the past 24 hours. I appreciated her effort on my behalf, and I recommend her highly. I was also impressed with the assistance rendered me by Haresh, Kerrick, and Adeleke in Sales. I will certainly return to upgrade my car in the next 10 months as promised, God's willing. Customer service was excellent First time ever driving in my 2010 Honda Accord into millennIlium for a service. I love this place. What I love the most is that once I walked into the dealership I wasn’t just acknowledged by 1 person but I would want to say by all their sales representatives. They are not like slot of dealers where you walk in and no one acknowledge you. So that’s a 10 on a score card. GREAT EXPERIENCE, my next Honda will be purchased here! More
