Horrible experience. I had to bring in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee today for problems. When asked for a loaner vehicle so I could go to work I was told no. I’m dropping off my B I had to bring in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee today for problems. When asked for a loaner vehicle so I could go to work I was told no. I’m dropping off my BRAND NEW vehicle because of problems and my options are either get a ride home or sit here and wait. I have to go to work. This is crap. Oh and the lady in the shop made a comment about maybe I should call the place I bought it from and see if they will give me a loaner... she knew I bought it in Illinois. Didn’t appreciate her snide remark. This is a car dealership. Yet you claim to have no cars available to use. **** Edited to add**** I spoke to the shop manager about a loaner vehicle. He mentioned seeing this review already. Apparently he read it but didn’t care enough to talk to me about it. He said he didn’t appreciate this review and wanted me to delete it. I said no. He then told me they were under no obligation to service my vehicle and that I should take it back to where I bought it from(knowing that was in Illinois). Then he kicked me out. Seriously?? Real professional. I have a JEEP warranty. Doesn’t matter where I bought it from I can take it to ANY Jeep dealership. Never you guys again tho. I filed a formal complaint with Jeep against this dealership. My issue is.. I CANT PUT GAS INTO MY VEHICLE. And 2 of their employees suggested I drive it back to Illinois where I bought it from and have it serviced there.. Drive a BRAND NEW vehicle under warranty to another state with NO gas? More
