They were excellent sales and finance consul I want take this opportunity to say that I thank God for Kevin Thompson, Kerwin Glasgow and Kevin Weeks. They were excellent sales and finance consultants. Their actions were sincere and honorable. I bought my 2007 Mercedes Benz to trade in for a family vehicle. I was very concern that my two grandsons were not safe in such a small car and I needed more room for our large family. My sales consultant was Anthony Thompson who walked me through the display gallery to see what my options were and what would be best for my family. I then met Kerwin Glasgow and together with Anthony they took their time to explain all the benefits and options I had. I was mostly impressed that they did not try to rush or take advantage of me; I felt that they were sincere in providing me with the best customer service. I selected the Honda Pilot Elite and was apprehensive about the financing but Kevin Weeks, exemplify such professionalism by explaining in details the financing process and got me such a low interest rate that completely blew my mind!! My family and I drove out with a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite. Thank you Gentlemen you were all excellent! I also want to acknowledge Ramon Suero who patiently spent time with my son going over the features of the Honda Pilot Elite. He answered all our questions whether it was foolish or not and did a follow-up call the next day to make sure that our driving experience was satisfactory. More
