Mr. Kevin Mullinax called me personally and told me who to call to have the car towed back to Sports Mazda and then they fixed the car, double checked everything, and charged me not a penny! I can't believe it. That is exceptional customer service. I had already bought the car so they didn't have to do any of that. I also received a call from the service department manager. Do not hesitate to do business with Sports Mazda. They will treat you more than fairly. This kind of service doesn't happen very often. I am a very happy customer. More

I had my fourth Mazda, a brand new 2016 Mazda CX 5, detailed and prepped yesterday and they continue to exceed all of my expectations for excellent service. The courteous, professional and friendly attitude of everyone that I worked with was outstanding. This is the third automoblie purchased from Sport Mazda in 7 years and am extremely pleased with the sales and maintenance service provided by this dealership.
