Excellent Customer Service I was in the market for a Mazda3 for quite some time. I decided to call Sport Mazda and that was when I had the pleasure of dealing with Kerwin. I men I was in the market for a Mazda3 for quite some time. I decided to call Sport Mazda and that was when I had the pleasure of dealing with Kerwin. I mentioned to him that I knew the exact trim, color, and type of transmission in the Mazda3 that I was looking for. Unfortunately, Sport Mazda did not have one in their inventory but Kerwin was able to locate one at a different dealership in South Florida. Not only did Kerwin work hard to get the other dealership to trade with him for this vehicle, but he also worked very hard to get me the deal that I wanted - even after a very unsatisfying impasse with one of the sales managers during the negotiation process (I will not mention the individual as it would be unfair to Kerwin’s review). Once Kerwin spoke with someone else and we agreed on numbers, the vehicle was driven up the next day and now I am proud owner of a 2016 Mazda3. Throughout the entire car buying process, Kerwin was professional, genuine, considerate, and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to contact Kerwin if they are in the market for a new vehicle. More
