I am not a fan of dealerships that do not fully inform customers. I bought a 2024 Kona on 10/31/24 and took possession on 11/1/24. I got a chip in the windshield and checked to see if warranty covered thi customers. I bought a 2024 Kona on 10/31/24 and took possession on 11/1/24. I got a chip in the windshield and checked to see if warranty covered this. Imagine my surprise when I found out the warranty started 4/1/24! The car lost 7 months of warranty sitting on the lot. When checking on this, the salesman knew nothing about your so-called program of starting a car’s warranty before sale. I don’t know if this is legal but it’s certainly unethical. More

I am extremely unsatisfied that the dealership started charging 3 % for using a credit card to pay !! Will look into a closer location for future services! Service here is usually very good. I was a little let down that I had to pay $200 for a brake service on my vehicle that is less than two years old.
