Leo Ugodnikov is great, the managers are a little pushy and make the experience more stressful than needed and can be quick to tack on hidden fees at signing, be clear about everything don't take advantage and make the experience more stressful than needed and can be quick to tack on hidden fees at signing, be clear about everything don't take advantage of in knowing people More

Rob Scamdin The fact that I have had any sort of affiliation with this business has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased my very first car, a black 2014 Nissan Altima, from them last year and the affiliation with this business has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased my very first car, a black 2014 Nissan Altima, from them last year and the sales experience was great, but then when it came time to service the vehicle, the true colors of the dealership had been revealed. Since owning the car, the dealership has been my sole servicing provider for the maintenance of my vehicle, and for the times it has been inspected, the maintenance team has provided assurance that the vehicle was in good condition; however, after a warning light came on, I tried to contact them for assistance but one of their associates referred me to their sister location (University Mitsubishi) since they do not "work" on any cars even though have have changed brakes and performed other work on the vehicle. I brought the vehicle into this secondary dealership regarding this situation. The service provider inspected the vehicle, identified 2 issues with the vehicle, and provided a pricing quote of $2,368.12. I was outraged to hear that such a problem came about so suddenly, but understood that the car is old and needed some parts replaced. After purchasing some parts to speed up the repair process, I made an effort to contact both Dodge and Mitsubishi to have the car repaired but was pushed to the side claiming they were busy, and I do not agree in supporting a business that is not willing to help their clients in need; therefore, I went to the Nissan dealer to have the car fixed. Nissan diagnosed the vehicle and found 10+ issues with the vehicle and provided an estimate of $7,227.27., but couldn't believe that so much was wrong with the vehicle, so I took it to another reputable mechanic that have also inspected the car and found issues similar to what Nissan discovered and provided a quote of $7,512.83 (more than triple than what Mitsubishi said). Discovering this infuriating information, I made contact with one of the service supervisors at Dodge explaining the situation and trying to reach a reasonable compromise. The supervisor was not very helpful in it that he denied the vehicle ever being fully inspected and that all of those issues could have occurred within a year. After witnessing all of this, I had to write this review and share my story. I am sure that in the past, this was a competent dealership or people that have purchased the endorsed brands from this dealer have a lot of positive feedback to share; however, it was an absolute nightmare ever investing in this dealership. The customer service is abysmal and the service providers are uncaring in their efforts to assist their clients. Even as far as the management (in both dealers), do not show care or concern regarding escalated situations. Overall, what I am telling you, the reader, the following: DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! As a first time car buyer and business owner, I have never been so disgusted with the conduct this dealership has displayed. I would be afraid to purchase anything that is Dodge/Ram (and even Mitsubishi) just as a result of this traumatizing experience. And if the dealer is reading this, then you organization needs to shape up. This behavior can only take you so far before it starts affecting your business model. Even if you skimmed, scrolled all the way to the bottom, or even won't remember anything about this review, at least remember this home-made slogan "When you hear Lambdin, think Scamdin." More
