I bought a slightly used Tundra. It looked great and thought I was getting a good deal. After two and a half weeks of driving through a few rains, the nice wax finish the dealership put on wore off. My husband and I had the misfortune of having two vehicles go bad on us literally on the same day. We had to replace our truck and was told our car needed a new engine. Since time was of the essence we shopped online for a truck and was fortunate to find one at this dealership. When we talked to Kevin we were, needless to say, stressed to say the very least. We were relieved to find how easy this salesman was to work with and how eager he was to assist us. Kevin turned our personal nightmare into an actual pleasant outcome by offering us assurance, excellent and constant communication, and was able to complete our transaction in the very short time frame that we had to work with. Like everyone, we have dealt with other salesman, but have never had the pleasure of working with anyone like Kevin; he's kind, compassionate, and so competent!
