Not only they tried to scam us with a LoJack device charge of $1500 added to the original price of $53500 that wasn’t advertised, the level of customer service is deplorable, definitely not a high end car business. From the lack of knowledge that the sales man showed to the very unprofessional and rude behavior of the so called “sales manager” Kevin B, who kept speaking over my partner and getting loud, we also asked to speak to GM John Scholz days ago and no one has followed up. A $60k deal lost for horrible customer service and unprofessional behavior. We took the day off to drive to California from Phx from our really busy schedule, but General Sales manager just decided to be rude and unprofessional so we decided not to. Stay away! There’s many other far better dealerships in the LA area. More
