I came in from Orange County Beach Cities just wanting to see if the electric cars were available and Brian K was incredibly patient while showing me all options and inventory in addition to my initial inter see if the electric cars were available and Brian K was incredibly patient while showing me all options and inventory in addition to my initial interest. I never felt rushed and he was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. After jumping from a convertible to a sedan to a crossover, then back to a convertible and diagonally over to a sports car, then reversed to a crossover, the numbers were outside of my budget. Brian knew I was ready to move on from my current car for concerns of safety and that I tend to carry a lot around with me. He showed me what I didn’t even know I wanted. We headed upstairs to preowned (exactly what I felt I didn’t want because I assume preowned means scratches and smoking smell) and he showed me that thier preowned have cars with 5000 miles! This is no Jo Shmo preowned inventory. Amazing! I set my eyes on just the car, Audi Q series in that sexy modern flat grey. I have always had white cars, it was grey, wanted a new, it was preowned with 6000miles and less than a year old. It was everything I didn’t know I wanted. Moral of the story is, give your consultant a little trust and keep an open mind. It just may be that they can show you a car you never knew you wanted. I ended up pushing my budget $100 more because I wasn’t willing to leave without the keys in my hand. Driving home I felt like I owned the car for years. I felt so safe and comfortable and driving it was just so natural. My tiny convertible I had was always my dream in the beach cities, but the sense of security I feel in my new car is unmatched. Desk management was great to not push my decision and I never felt like he was taking advantage of me coming in as a single female shopping for a car. Finance was quick and not pushy at all. I never leave home without my GAP and he tailored his consultation to consider I trade cars out every 15- 18 months or so. Thank you Brian K and Walters Team! My name is Mike and I want to tell everyone not to go to this dealer because of my experience that I spend in this dealer, on October 24 I went to return my wife's car that failed and when I got there they this dealer because of my experience that I spend in this dealer, on October 24 I went to return my wife's car that failed and when I got there they told me that if I did not fly I had a problem and changed my mind the next day and told them that I could not separate from the car that if they canceled the contract for sentimental reasons and they told me that they could return my wife's car but that they did not want to, because of the car they could sell it and have more profit from it, I cried for them and begged them to return it to me and they did not want to, they took advantage of me for not understanding the system as a Mexican that I am, they took advantage of my language barrier and the poor explanation they gave of the contract, I thought that I had a time to cancel the contract and not tell me and explain that there was no time to cool the contract, talk to the sales manager with the financing manager and explain the situation to them and they care but not enough to To return the contract of the car of my deceased wife, they humiliated me and told me that they sold the car to me for $ 11000 dollars of profit in the car, having already won in the contract first and hour by reselling the car to me, of course I could not I with that $ 704.00 a month in the purchase of the car, ridiculous, the prices of the cars are 40% higher than last year and people do not realize that they are taking advantage not only of me but of all those who go to buy there. More

I had a pleasant and speedy time working with Romen Artalejo to purchase an S5 from Walter’s Audi in Riverside. Although the vehicle wasn’t even ready when I sent an inquiry online, Romen kept me up to Artalejo to purchase an S5 from Walter’s Audi in Riverside. Although the vehicle wasn’t even ready when I sent an inquiry online, Romen kept me up to speed with their process to let me know when it’d be ready and when I can take it to an independent shop to get a PPI. Once the inspection was done the following morning and everything looked good, I was able to make the trip to the dealership to meet with him and continue the process. Romen was easygoing and friendly, and we soon came to an agreement to finalize the paperwork. There were a few things on the vehicle that I wanted to get replaced and both he and Alex Ortiz from the service department helped with that keeping the process nice and smooth. Although sometimes buying a car can be a rough and troublesome experience, having a dealership that prides itself with customer satisfaction and has evidence like this to prove it, makes everything much better. It’s safe to say that in the future if I decide to make another purchase or know someone who might, Romen and Walter’s Audi definitely deserve the business. More

This has been such a disappointment! Since I have bought my car there has been so many problem. 2 days after my purchase my tire pressure low light came on. I took my car to get serviced and they said they my car there has been so many problem. 2 days after my purchase my tire pressure low light came on. I took my car to get serviced and they said they tires were fine, a few days later I got stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire. After paying tow fees and buying a new tires for 125 dollar's Brett advised me that is was my fault that the tire pressure low light was on and nothing they can do about it because it was a used car. The day after I purchase a brand me tire the tire pressure low light came back on. I called back to Walters Audi, and spoke with my sales rep Dave Duarte. He advised me on the call that their is nothing they can do about it. He then hung up on me and sent me a text stating That his manager will give me a call back on 09/29/2021. I didn’t hear from any one in 2 days so i called in, the receptionist advised that there was no one available to talk to me and someone would give me a call back. I follow up with Dave via text and he assure me that I would be receiving a call back. Today is 10/05/2021 and I still have not gotten a call back. I am scared to drive my car with the tire pressure low light on because I do not want to be stranded on the side of the road again and I can’t afford to risk having to buy a second new tire after only having my car for 1 month! More
