Dennon is the Best!! Kind and helpful. He was not pushy made me feel so comfortable with my purchase. In the past i’ve dealt with shady dealerships adding on extra money to the deal pretending to be a good made me feel so comfortable with my purchase. Sean did a great job, he’s new but was able to help us get where we wanted. The final process was a little weird, the gentleman giving us the final paperwork seem bothered that we did not accept any addit get where we wanted. What a great shopping experience! I rolled into Walters not knowing exactly which SUV we wanted or needed but Stephen took the extra time to go over the details of each and explained all the options / feat not knowing exactly which SUV we wanted or needed but Stephen took the extra time to go over the details of each and explained all the options / features that were available. Once we knew what we were looking for, he kept us up to date on vehicles that were due in that matched our needs. I woke up to an email with a personalized video of Stephen giving me a rundown on an SQ8 that had arrived that morning which was exactly what we wanted. By the end of the day, we were driving home in our dream car! Special thanks to Stephen, George, Erick and Brett who all went out of their way to make sure that we got the perfect car at the best price and dealt with all of my questions along the way!
