A sorry excuse for a dealership in my opinion, bought a car over 2 months ago still haven’t received the tags, the dealership still hasn’t even sent the title work to the state to get the tags. Do not do business with VW Brandon. I have bought 13 news cars from dealers in the past 20 years and VW Brandon is the only dealer that has ever scammed me. They have lied to me and rip I have bought 13 news cars from dealers in the past 20 years and VW Brandon is the only dealer that has ever scammed me. They have lied to me and ripped me off. There are many other VW dealers in the Tampa area, go somewhere else. They tried to rip me off in 2 different ways costing me $1,500. They admitted to what they did, promised to pay me back for the "misunderstanding" or "miscommunication" but never did. They lied to me over and over and never made it right. I waited 3 months to write this review giving them time to make it right. I've never been ripped off by a dealer like these guys. Please take your business elsewhere. More
