With an appointment and all documents provided in advance, it still took 3+ hours to buyout my lease. VW Brandon was unsure if my life needed to sign any paperwork and said they would call us the nex advance, it still took 3+ hours to buyout my lease. VW Brandon was unsure if my life needed to sign any paperwork and said they would call us the next day once they figured out the answer. We never heard back from them as promised. I had to reach back out to them and I learned that they had forgotten to have me sign some of the necessary paperwork when I was at the dealership for 3+ hours. More

I would say this is the worst experience I have ever had in buying a car. It started from when we first arrived on the lot. No one greeted us, ok, so we went inside and stood these while the employees at in buying a car. It started from when we first arrived on the lot. No one greeted us, ok, so we went inside and stood these while the employees at the desk, chatted. Finally, they turned and asked if they could help us. No kidding! The overall process was disorganized and very frustrating. It seemed that the employees seemed move interested in chatting among themselves than dealing with customers. Additionally, I had asked about an owner's manual for my car, first it was yes, we have it, then it was, we need to find it. I sent 3 e-mails to our sales associate and have been ghosted. I just want to know if you have it or not. I can buy one easier. I am not sure I would ever purchase another vehicle from Brandon VW, nor do I think in clear conscience I would recommend it to any of my peers. More
