I was charged 1% too much sales tax according to the present Florida law. Hillsborough county illegally charged a 1% additional tax that was in March 24, 2021 ruled by Florida Supreme Court as illegal a present Florida law. Hillsborough county illegally charged a 1% additional tax that was in March 24, 2021 ruled by Florida Supreme Court as illegal and everyone in Hillsborough is entitled a refund all the way Bach starting 01/01/2020. I have been to the dealer 5 times about my refund and the standard answer is We will back to you. The law also stated that the responsibility for the refund will come from the seller.
