I was in contact with Kevin for a few days looking at Taos and things happened, and I couldn't keep my appointment, so, I rescheduled, and then I called on a Saturday morning and asked him if the car w Taos and things happened, and I couldn't keep my appointment, so, I rescheduled, and then I called on a Saturday morning and asked him if the car was still there. I'd love to come see it, he said. He would go right now to have it pulled up front, have gas in it so that I can look at it. . When I got there, the car was sold, I know they can't hold a car. When I got there, Kevin was looking for the keys in the lock box and other places? didn't he pull the car around like he promised he would?? NO, he didn't because when I got there, and saw me that is when he started looking for the keys. He must have known it was sold or someone was making a deal on the car, because IF he went to pull the car around for me like he said he would do (right away) he would have realized the car was gone. And he should have called me RIGHT AWAY to avoid this 1nearly 2 -hour trip to Brandon VW. This tells me he never checked to see if the car was there before I made the hour and a half trip to the dealership. And what's more aggravating is I never got a phone call a day or two later from him apologizing. I am very disappointed. I should have gotten a phone call An apology or something and I didn't get anything not very professional. More
