Friendly and Supportive I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes one way, everyday to teach in Shelby, Ohio. I needed a dependable and fuel efficient car and Kevin Chojnacki immediately I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes one way, everyday to teach in Shelby, Ohio. I needed a dependable and fuel efficient car and Kevin Chojnacki immediately suggested my Cruise. The Cruise is perfect for my drive, it is dependable and fun to drive. In addition, I maintain my car's needs at the dealership, which I thought would be too expensive, but the prices are comparable to local garages and I feel that having the dealership maintain my car is better for the life of the car. Growing up, my family was in the auto industry, and Kevin and Sunnyside do business the way we used to. Treat customers with respect, and treat them even better after the purchase than during the purchase. The Sunnyside dealership is great, Kevin is honest and treats his customers as extended family members. Bob in finance is great, and the service department is top knotch too. My experience with Sunnyside and Kevin Chojnacki goes back to last winter when I was considering whether to buy or lease a Chevy Equinox. Kevin was very cooperative and actually listened. I explained my situation over and over to different reps in their showrooms and at the Auto show. Most didn't listen and kept pushing one way or another ( options and their timelines) as opposed to Kevin, who was very patient and provided the info as requested and made meel feel very comfortable in driving 45 minutes out of my way to do business with him. That positive experience back in Feb. 2013 caused me to go back now. I told Kevin last February that I would be in the market again in the fall/winter and he would be contacted by me then. I told this as well to several other sales reps from different dealerships, did they listen? No, bothered me all spring and summer. Kevin listened! So fast forward to this current leasing experience, everything went great. Looking forward to doing more business with Sunnyside and Kevin in a few years when my current leases are up. More
