Worst experience with a dealership in 24 years of business with dealerships. What seemed to start well, did not end well at all. Pricing was the only good part, which I could’ve obtained from any dea business with dealerships. What seemed to start well, did not end well at all. The level of unprofessionalism in countless errors, and making you feel like you had to beg for corrections, is completely unacceptable. Telling a customer “ hey but you got a good deal”, is not a response after being shown things wrong with a brand new vehicle. This isn’t clearance shopping, it’s car shopping. Between that, the clerical errors on legal documents, and the overall attitude when you seek correction, absolutely terrible. Last but not least, the 3 phone calls not returned from salesperson, or general manager, have the voicemail to prove it. Will never set foot in this dealership again. More
