The used Acura Mdx I purchased was an original from their lot, purchase and serviced there it's whole life. I knew they weren't selling me junk, plus the price was right! They financed me even with the older vehicle and a peppered credit history. Not to mention, when I discovered there was a faulty power lock actuator they promptly fixed it, no questions asked. It sure makes car buying a whole lot easier when you feel comfortable with the people you are buying from. Thanks guys More

They found the car I was looking for, had it ready for me to inspect and test drive when I arrived and were great to work with. I never felt any pressure to buy as they were more concerned with me getting a car that fits my need. They were open and honest about the vehicle and even provided me with their service records for the car. Alan Hannon has coached my son’s baseball team for 7 years now so I’ve always known him to be tremendously generous with his time and just a stand-up individual on the baseball field. However, his integrity also carries over into his professional career as my experience could not have been better. It was comforting buing a used car from someone as trustworthy as Alan. More

Awesome experience! I've bought cars from numerous dealerships in the past and have visited many more. This recent purchase was for a specific used car (Infiniti G37) I I've bought cars from numerous dealerships in the past and have visited many more. This recent purchase was for a specific used car (Infiniti G37) I was looking for that just happened to be on their lot. I called ahead of time to check on it and Kevin was very accommodating even though it was later in the evening. When I arrived, the car had been washed and waiting under the canopy for me to inspect and test drive. Kevin was courteous and professional from the very beginning and never once pressured me in any kind of way. He didn't even hassle me about how I was financing or anything related; he just let me and my wife test drive the car and assisted with any questions we had. I didn't make an offer that evening but the car was so clean, barely used, and priced right, I inquired about it a couple days later and took it for another test drive with my wife. Again there was no pressure and a great overall attitude from Kevin. They didn't even have an issue with me taking it for a second test drive like some dealerships. Again an offer wasn't made due to a minor concern but they were more than willing to address it and even followed through. A couple days later I ended up purchasing the car at a great price. The car is still under original manufacturer's warranty for another 14 months so no worries there. The finance person (Jerry) didn't even hassle me with unnecessary add-ons and even the detail guy was great. This was the most relaxed, courteous, hassle free, and customer oriented dealership I've ever dealt with. Kudos to Kevin Cramer and Alan Hannon for just attempting to address my concern and providing a great overall car buying experience. My wife was equally impressed as she has been with me to every dealership I've visited. Someone is going to get your money for a car, why not give it to the people who treat you right? They will be on the top of my list for my next vehicle purchase. More
