Before we were notified about what our problem was, someone from the sales department called to sell us a new van and began talking about the issues with our old one. Then, we were told that our warran someone from the sales department called to sell us a new van and began talking about the issues with our old one. Then, we were told that our warranty was expired and it was going to cost us $8,000 to fix our issues, we call another dealership and our warranty is still viable. The lack of professionalism and lack of communication was astounding. Every time we called to check on the vehicle we were sent to voicemail and didn't hear back for at least a day. We will be doing our best to avoid the Coastal Chevrolet in the future. More
