Very attentive communicated well. Kevin provided great customer service. One big disappointment — I got a Honda CRV hybrid. I have a small trailer and made it clear I wanted to pull it. I was told by Kevi customer service. One big disappointment — I got a Honda CRV hybrid. I have a small trailer and made it clear I wanted to pull it. I was told by Kevin and another Schomp employee that it could pull 1500lbs. In fact I was thinking of having Schomp place hitch but decided to wait.When my husband looked in the owner manual the hybrid CAN NOT tow a trailer. It voids the warranty. I was at the dealership picking up car(the following day) when I found this out. Already paid for car. I would have gotten the regular CRV. More

The trade in and sale process was easy and good. Salesman didn't understand the meaning of "business days".
