Accurate and personable Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful. Showed me any issues and discussed them before proceeding. Amazing Customer Service I had a brake problem while on the road back to CT where I live. I called on the off chance that they could fit me in same day. They had me come rig I had a brake problem while on the road back to CT where I live. I called on the off chance that they could fit me in same day. They had me come right in and got me sorted while I waited. All in all with getting on and off the highway and getting sorted out I probably only lost and hour on the trip. Thank you. More

All basics, such as floor Mats, are included, and also shop warranty of 200,000miles/ We sent rfb to several dealership and Boch offered the best bid. All basics, such as floor Mats, are included, and also shop warranty of 200,000miles/20year for power chain. The buying process was pleasant also, the sales showed us the features with latest technologies during test drive and when we pick up the car, and also showed us different colors we were interested. I'm satisfied and like the new car. But be aware, they charge $495 doc fee, in addition to the car price they offer you, but to you this is part of your car's cost, and you will pay sales tax for it. So add it to the offering price. Most dealer do this, but theirs on the high side. More
