Kevin was busy but once he was told that I was waiting to see him he fit me in and I didn't have to wait long. I wish I could bring back the car. I paid for loose breaks because the car was Making noise . I came back to norwood and the blame was put on me. No one there want to fix ant thing all they want to do is cell u new parts I have never gone any place with out such care for the customer all they want to do is sell you something new every single time in cell u new parts I have never gone any place with out such care for the customer all they want to do is sell you something new every single time instead of fixing the problem all your prices are way too high on everything you do this is coming from someone that is a mechanic i will not use u again unless it’s an emergency and I need specialty tools but you have a nice day More
