Kevin was busy but once he was told that I was waiting to see him he fit me in and I didn't have to wait long. He managed to provide great customer service to myself and 3 other customers I'm a timely manner see him he fit me in and I didn't have to wait long. I wish I could bring back the car. I paid for loose breaks because the car was Making noise . I came back to norwood and the blame was put on me. My family has bought afew cars from there and my dad wa breaks because the car was Making noise . I came back to norwood and the blame was put on me. From the sales dept. Rob Bardwell was amazing took the time to call and follow up with me as needed! Kevin Dasilva in the service dept. was also amazing took the time and worked closely with me as I waite time to call and follow up with me as needed! No one there want to fix ant thing all they want to do is cell u new parts I have never gone any place with out such care for the customer all they want to do is sell you something new every single time in cell u new parts I have never gone any place with out such care for the customer all they want to do is sell you something new every single time instead of fixing the problem all your prices are way too high on everything you do this is coming from someone that is a mechanic i will not use u again unless it’s an emergency and I need specialty tools but you have a nice day More

25000mile checkup I have been buying cars from Boch since his dad sold me an Oldsmobile. Never had a problem with sales or service however, this time I waited in the wa I have been buying cars from Boch since his dad sold me an Oldsmobile. Never had a problem with sales or service however, this time I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours and twenty minutes. Not much fun for an eighty two year old. This was not Kevin's fault he apologized several times. More
