The service at Audi Stratham is always fast & efficient. My service advisor Kevin is very professional and the waiting area is clean & comfortable. I wish I had been able to buy my care here. Audi Stratham is great! Their customer service (especially in the service department) is above and beyond and so easy to deal with. It is worth the drive for me even though Their customer service (especially in the service department) is above and beyond and so easy to deal with. It is worth the drive for me even though there is another dealership closer to me. More

Everything was top notch: the personal attention, the use of a loaner car and the communication. I don't know if there's another "tier" of car wash linked to more detailing of the inside that might not be of a loaner car and the communication. I don't know if there's another "tier" of car wash linked to more detailing of the inside that might not be complimentary, but I was disappointed that the wash seemed to be an afterthought. The insides of the windows weren't cleaned and they needed it...I frequently travel with my Springer Spaniel whose wet nose makes it tough for me to see well in cold weather. The moon roof glass wasn't clean either. However, the service staff was terrific, and you have a truly 5-star dealership. Marley Switzer More
