I enjoy being the rookie on the crew at Midway, it is a great working environment. I grew up in Hanover and graduated from Umass Darmouth. I like working with people and making deals. I was formerly employed as an EMT but I am very happy with my new career choice.

Straightforward and Customer Specific performance I called MIDWAY AUTO on an specific used truck I had learned was available at my price range. After learning that truck had been sold two days prio I called MIDWAY AUTO on an specific used truck I had learned was available at my price range. After learning that truck had been sold two days prior, I contacted the Sales Manager: Larry, at Midway Automotive. I told Larry specifically what I was in the market for and asked him to keep me posted if he finds a clean Base Model full size pickup w/ Automatic and AC. By that afternoon I had received a call from Kevin: Salesman and he left me a message that they had located a truck that meets my specifics and it was clean and at or lower price than I had originally inquired upon. After meeting Kevin and Larry and test driving the Chevy Siverado, I new I had found the vehicle I had been looking for and the year and condition of the truck was 3 years newer and in better condition than I could have imagined I would have ever found. After closing on the purchase, David walked me through the paperwork and was very considerate and informative in doing so. My experience with Larry, Kevin and David at Midway Automotive has been an most satisfying and rewarding experience. My family and friends are all impressed at how well I have made out. Went in to buy a car. Dealt with Kevin. At first he was nice and easy going. But after the money exchanged hands he turned into a different person. He was rude, would not let me get a word in while speakin nice and easy going. But after the money exchanged hands he turned into a different person. He was rude, would not let me get a word in while speaking with him on the phone, he gave excuses as to why something didn't get done rather than solutions to make it better, and I feel he lied to us. He told us they would register the car we bought Monday, which was fine because it was bought on Saturday. When I called inquiring about the registration, he said it wasn't done. He was very rude and kept giving me the excuse that "over 20 cars were sold over the weekend, so it just didn't get done." He kept saying that you have 7 days to register it, which is fine, but this is a livery company. If the driver was to get pulled over with a client in the car just because it wasn't registered yet would be ridiculous. If he hadn't said they would take care of it on Monday, I would have went myself. He was also very quick to pass the blame. He told me to call and speak with Adele, who handles the registry runs, so he could get off the phone with me. The way he talked at me, (I wouldn't even say he talked to me, I would specifically say he talked AT me) on the phone just made it seem that after they get their money they don't care about their customers. Like I said prior, this is for a livery company, someone who is looking to replace 2 more sedans and 1 SUV. And because of this experience, we will never go back to this dealer, nor would I recommend them to anyone. More

The vehicle has been having problems not starting and other various issues, I gave the dealer a call and they have been avoiding me and still have my car till this day with no word back on whats going on.The last time I called spoke to gary and he sounded very clueless and told me he would give me a call back, but never did I give up with this dealership my car has been towed four times and has been serviced for over 11 days. I have not had the car for one full day with out something going wrong with it..... I guess its just my luck PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! WARNING!!!! More
