Fantastic First Car Buying Experience! After weeks of searching for cars and researching prices and options, my son and I went to Midway to see a 2017 Ford Fusion that he absolutely loved. After weeks of searching for cars and researching prices and options, my son and I went to Midway to see a 2017 Ford Fusion that he absolutely loved. We had visited another dealer earlier that day, and were prepared to go to others that had cars he liked until we had the best car for the best price and best trade in amount. Our experience at Midway started just before noon, and by 2pm we were driving away with my sons new car. I have purchased many cars in my life and this experience ranks right at the top! They have great cars, no haggle pricing, and very fair trade in rates. We worked with Kevin Deveney who was absolutely wonderful. No sales pressure tactics, he let us take our time and answered all our questions. We finished up with Tom in financing. I was prepared to pay cash for the car and then refinance later just to not have to deal with dealer financing, but once again, this was great. Tom took the time to listen to my concerns and in the end we financed right then and there because he made it so easy! My son was thrilled to drive away in the first car he is paying for himself. I would recommend Midway to anyone looking for a pre-owned car. Do your research and you will know a great deal when you find it at Midway! I will definitely be going back when I am ready for my next car! More

I expressed to big joe I really like the car and all of the time we spent talking about it made me feel an opportunity slipped through my hands. Big joe faught in my behalf to honor the original price that I saw and discu9with him over the phone. I cannot be more happy with the Car and Big Joe's SERVICE! Also I also would like to thank Nicky.. I ordered my car insurance through a secondary agency through my job. The agent seemed to a jerk of sorts. He was making insuring and registering the car very difficult. I was back and forth between he and Nicky. Until Nicky took control of the situation and called him on my behalf and made the process smoother. The one Hiccup I has was that the car battery died shortly after buying the car (which usually happens around the age and mileage that the car was at), and Midway replaced the battery at no charge with no haste at all!!! Stressfree! When I started looking for a car my daughter and I drove around dealerships hiding from salesmen, literally! So my daughter and I drove to Midway on the rainiest of days figuring we could sneak in and nobody would come outside to bother us. Well we went and there was Joe on his way back inside. He asked us if we needed any help we said we were just going to go look at that one car. He walked with us in the rain. From that moment until the deal was closed there was no pressure, no cheesy sales pitch. It was laid back, stress free and simple. Joe made sure I was 100% taken care of. Could not recommend Joe as well as Midway enough! He's a man of his word, thank you Joe! I also dealt with Gary Stone the sales manager who also made this whole process seamless, thank you Gary! I walked out with a car that I wanted and did not have any regrets or resentment towards salesman! More
