I did, and the Colorado was pretty much everything I was looking for, and we began the purchasing process. He also had some advice as to how to complete the process smoothly, which I had not heard from any other salesman I had talked with at other dealerships. More

After about 30 min we new it was the one, 2 days later we drove off the lot with a beautiful Cadillac feeling like a million dollars. I did NOT feel pressured to buy, I had found the vehicle online and went down to look at the vehicle. Walked in to the showroom, greeted warmly and friendly by my salesperson, Bob Hurley. He explained everything about the vehicle, what was done to the vehicle. He takes the vehicles home when they are first on the lot so he gets a feel about the vehicles and how they drive and what needs to be done. Bob is a very long time person in the industry and knows his stuff and isn't hard to approach. The dealership is great, thorough and inviting. Kevin, the finance manager is great. When an issue arose for the starting up of the vehicle the day of my time to pick it up the car had a light come on. Luckily it was still under warranty and they helped me by taking it to the Cadillac dealer and got it fixed for me. I would be happy to deal with them again ask for Bob or either of the Kevins they are great guys and down to earth. They will definitely give you the time of day and some extra TLC with your process of purchasing a vehicle. More
