Drove up to Lowell after arranging a test drive for a used car. When I got there, informed that the car was sold at auction but that they had "comparable" one (1 year older, no sunroof). Test drive wen used car. When I got there, informed that the car was sold at auction but that they had "comparable" one (1 year older, no sunroof). Test drive went fine and Kevin the sales person was knowledgeable about the car. When we came to talk price, the price was higher than the original one I came in for. When I showed them the price on TrueCar, they claimed that they never posted that price. Terrible bait and switch and wasted 2 hours of my time. No apologies for their screw up or not calling me to tell me that the car was no longer available. More

Disappointed with experience at this dealership. Spent all day to have the car registered and couldn't be inspected that day. There are damage and safety issues not addressed. I want this known if there is an accident/ The lady is service as understanding at least but may seek relief with 93A and lemon law.
