I had recently purchased a RAV 4 for my wife so I came back to trade in my Tacoma for a Tundra. I was hesitant to purchase my new Tundra at first and was very back and forth on it. Kevin was very patient back to trade in my Tacoma for a Tundra. I was hesitant to purchase my new Tundra at first and was very back and forth on it. Kevin was very patient the entire time and answered all my questions and did not pressure me at all. He definitely made me comfortable with my purchase and I drove off with my new Tundra with zero regrets. Kevin is very transparent, very polite and just makes the whole process much less stressful.
