Jonathan was attentive, provided the specific models for test drives and saw us through the relatively complex purchasing process with a minimum of inconveniences. I was pleasantly surprised to have permane test drives and saw us through the relatively complex purchasing process with a minimum of inconveniences. I was pleasantly surprised to have permanent MD tags installed on the vehicle on the day we purchased it, eliminating the sometimes frustration of dealing with the MD MVA. More

BEWARE of Title/Tag process. ..I bought my car in the later part of September. Everyone was amazing and responsive during the purchase. Even going so far as to bring the vehicle t ..I bought my car in the later part of September. Everyone was amazing and responsive during the purchase. Even going so far as to bring the vehicle to me! After the purchase it went downhill. I should have known when multiple people reached out for the same document - the emissions test. Weeks went by and nothing. I reach out to inquire about my tags because they expired and the level of unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism was astounding! How could this be the same place? I called. Left messages. And finally was able to reach a SALES manager for assistance. No one in Title/Finance would speak with me. I was told my tags could not be processed because of tickets - which has happened before and I received notification early enough to pay and then the tags were processed, but not Lexus of Towson. Apparently, they did not seek to title and tag my car until November 19th!!! Which was 5 days after my temporary tags expired! And now I am being told I cannot receive an extension.Additionally, I have to WAIT for the refund for what I paid upfront in September!! Dont do business here. Such a massive inconvenience before the Thanksgiving holiday. More
