If you have to wait, it is never any more than necessary. I also love the fact that they keep you informed with detailed information about what repairs are needed or being done on your vehicle. The technicians are knowledgeable (as they should be), the work atmosphere is comfortable, and there is a fairly decent waiting area for those who wait. The quick lane is very efficient too. I have been to a few major Ford/Lincoln dealers and let's say they have left me bitter. Poor customer service and money hungry managers. I even had a dealership charge me for an oil change that never occurred. In sharp contrast, I get exceptional service at Apple and the work is done right the first time. Kevin is the best... More

The only problem we had was the service technician who worked on our car was suppose to rotate the tires and they were not rotated. I had concerns that my oil and filter had not been changed either but Kevin assured me that it had. I like the service direction the company is going but need more confidence that what I am paying to have done is actually getting done. More

Kevin Ford did a great job coordinating with my warranty provider and the repair contra I needed to get 2 rims repaired under my wheel/tire warranty. Kevin Ford did a great job coordinating with my warranty provider and the repair contractor and scheduled my appointment for me when I was available. When I arrived to drop off my car, he personally met me and took care of everything. The dealership also offered a courtesy van to/from my work which was extremely convenient. My rims look great again and the entire experience was excellent! More
