Service Department is TERRIBLE!!!!! Long story short but this week I took my Grand Cherokee in for the THIRD time for the same issue. The last time is cost me $1,000 and they didn't fix the problem. They this week I took my Grand Cherokee in for the THIRD time for the same issue. The last time is cost me $1,000 and they didn't fix the problem. They are merely guessing. I can get on Google and read all sorts of forums that would help explain the issue but instead I thought I was taking it to "Certified" mechanics. I expect this from a Jiffy Lube but not a dealership where I am paying upwards of $100/hr for labor. Just pitiful. And to beat that, I had to call the Service Advisor three times to inquire...he NEVER reached out to me. Are you kidding? Service Manager is just as bad. He stated he didn't think they fixed the issue and wanted to keep it. What have they been doing the three days they had it?!?! Mechanics don't drive vehicle after they "fix" them, they can't diagnose, etc. AND, after getting it back from an oil change the dipstick was broken off.....they say they didn't do it. Engine cover not properly put back on. The problems were endless. We will take to a dealer than can actually work and fix cars. What an absolute miserable experience. If your car needs work this is NOT the place. More

Nearly cheated by the service department I took our van in last year for an ac issue. They told me it wasn't covered by my warranty and needed a new HVAC system for 1k. It was near the end of I took our van in last year for an ac issue. They told me it wasn't covered by my warranty and needed a new HVAC system for 1k. It was near the end of the summer so we waited. We called this year to verify it couldn't be an obscure recall we found for a "blend actuator". They said, "No, it was definitely the HVAC". I ordered the part and had a friend's shop change it anyway because it was a simple change. That was all that was wrong. We spent a lot of time driving a vehicle with no AC because they quite possibly were trying to get me to pay 1k instead of a cheap fix. They were kind enough to reimburse me for the money I paid the other shop to fix it which I truly did appreciate. However, this made me question if I should always get 2nd opinions before I have them repair a vehicle. More
