They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks More

Arrived on Saturday (August 2) at 945 AM (opens at 9), and was informed that a sales manager had allowed another sales person to show the vehicle while I arrived and it was purchased by that buyer. Needless to say, I see this scenario reflecting poor management and lack of interest in customers. So, shop at this dealership, at your own risk. Good luck out there. More

Bought a 2022 RAM 1500 Lone Star Crew Cab from them and had them ship it out to CA. Bought it from them on April 4th and because we were going to be in TX from the 11th through the 15th we asked it to be s had them ship it out to CA. By the 9th it still had not shipped so we had to have them hold the vehicle and finally received it on the 14th. We got the truck and quickly realized that the windshield wipers had never been replaced. They were in shreds. No biggy - I'll put a new set on. We then discovered that the driver side door speaker is completely blown out and that there were no floor mats - despite them being clearly visible in the online pictures from their website. THANKFULLY I downloaded all of the images from the site before the listing was taken down after our purchase. I have called, emailed repeatedly and I always hear, "We'll get you taken care of". Happy with the truck so far, just not happy with their apparently lack of customer support. More

We purchased a vehicle here and had the worst experience. We were told the vehicle would probably be finished on Saturday if not for sure on Monday. I drove an hour to go pick it up to find out the car was not cleaned and windshield not replaced. They said they would deliver it to my house since they made us drive an hour and it not be ready. A couple more days go by and there was not any communication. It was always me reaching out to the dealership to keep things moving. When the vehicle was finally delivered it didn't not have a license plate plus other things the vehicle was supposed to come with. The dealership says it was not their problem they didn't know what was supposed to come with the vehicle. It took weeks to finally recieve paper plates to be able to drive the car we purchased. We were also told one thing in finance only to have paperwork say something else. I was finally able to get this portion resolved but only because I kept on them. This dealer is quick to take your money and put you on the back burner. I highly recommend shopping Elsewhere. More

When I bought the Jeep, they did not honor what my salesperson said regarding the EV credit on my lease which means they likely kept those dollars for themselves. The other issue has been the service department. There is 100% turnover, often with your advisor, and that means the person who is supposed to follow up often leaves and no one is re-assigned your case. You have to chase them down to find out when your car is ready and best of luck getting anyone on the phone. Now my Jeep is due for its 4th recall in 2 years and I am still waiting for someone to call me back so I can schedule it. I wasn't expecting Sewell service but I did expect some service. More
