And I have just one suggestion for the app if you could have direct contact with the closest dealership in a case something happened and car is getting issues with the software update. You could park and get connected to secure network at the dealership to preform update. If there is an issue and you are traveling your car makes noise - and the driving person is freaked out something just broken in it lol Thank you! I still love it More

Kevin and team always go above and beyond, regardless of the situation, whether it is a routine or emergency service. I recently had 2 emergent situations and called Volvo to assist. Without hesitation, and amongst their busiest times, they worked me in, found a loaner.car, and had me back on the road in no time. I always have all my scheduled services performed at Volvo of M The professionalism and personalized service given by Kevin Greening were exceptional. I always have all my scheduled services performed at Volvo of Marietta. Having a valet greet me when I drive in is a nice touch and this is the first time I remember having this available to me. My car was returned very clean inside and out! My only complaint is not having a quiet area in the waiting room, where I could sit at a desk and get my work done. The TV is always turned on (loudly) to some trashy soap opera or talk show. The chairs are not conducive to working on my laptop and there aren’t enough electric outlets. And obviously I can’t make any business calls in that environment, although it never stops other customers from making too loud personal calls on their cell phones, without regard for others. I realize that space is small, but please consider a solution to helping your loyal customers who must wait for their cars, but still need to conduct business during those few hours. It could entice me into buying a new Volvo in the near future! Thank you More
