I did contact the dealership and was put thru to the voicemail. I never received a response from the agent. Instead of responding with a general message why don't you explain how the issue of agents not responding is going to be addressed

Car was washed when I told the SA no car wash. Car driver seat smelled after service. Not all concerns were fixed or addressed. Problem is still there. More
