Always a great experience We have been customers of Boardman Subaru since 2012, and thisnis the third car we have purchased from them. We have always had pleasurable experience We have been customers of Boardman Subaru since 2012, and thisnis the third car we have purchased from them. We have always had pleasurable experiences, however Kevin went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle for our family’s needs. We have been in and out looking at options with him for over a year, and he has always been patient and understanding during the entire process. Joe helped us as well, stepping in to make sure we were taken care of while awaiting Kevin to become available, and is another associate that is just an overall pleasure to work with. I continue to return to Boardman Subaru because of the quality service, and will continue in the future. We will be searching again when our lease ends next year, and we have no plans to go anywhere else. More

Awesome I arranged terms via my works employee discount program. In was contacted by the internet sales rep Doug. We spent a few days ironing out the details. I arranged terms via my works employee discount program. In was contacted by the internet sales rep Doug. We spent a few days ironing out the details. When I arrived they had my car ready. Kevin showed me everything while the sales manager arranged the documents. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Next I went in the sales managers office and this is where there has always been a problem. In the past the deal offered by the prior dealerships was always more than we discussed. This time we chatted and the deal was exactly what we agreed on. Amazing. I've never had a dealership not try and change terms at the last minute. I recommended these guys to everyone. By from them. They are friendly, helpful, and honest. Thank you Scott, Doug, and Kevin. More
