For my first time being there it was a terrific experience my first time dealing with SUBARU was terrific experience. felt really relax on dealing on a outback with Kevin Guthrie. I told him want i was looking for a suv type of a car i was looking at. i wasn't sure if I wanted a forester or a outback, so he took me out to the lot showed me both cars he did push me into any of them. he let me look and deiced what i wanted to buy not pushed in to something i didn't want. When it came to deal on the outback he realing work with me on a price and made me have a terrific experience. sorry one me thing i like to add i want to thank Mike Moore for working with me when i went to finance the car the bill didn't seem right to me and my dad but he was very kind to show us explain the bill how much he we had to pay so thats way i have to say i had a terrific experience at Subaru. It is fun to look at their huge inventory My experience at Boardman Subaru started by frequently visiting the lot when they were closed (on purpose.) It is fun to look at their huge inventory and my husband and I enjoyed that part. When I was actually ready to make a purchase, the salesman, Kevin was really helpful and knowledgeable. He cared about getting me in the right car for me. We did lots of test driving and he was supportive and patient. After the purchase, which went smoothly, I received excellent training on how to operate all the bells and whistles on the car, and now I am a really satisfied customer. Great place to buy a car! More

We weren't even entertaining the thought of A Subaru until were urged to check them out by our 2 sons as well as friends who have them. The salesmen, Kevin Guthrie, took a no pressure approach. We had visited a Ford dealership the day we purchased our outback and they still wont stop pestering us. The escape we test drove was not as solid and did not perform like our Outback. If the quality holds up we will be back. More
