I arrived at the appointed time and was greeted by an informed service representative who within minutes had checked me in. I was offered a complimentary ride via either Uber/Lyft or a Dealership van. I instead chose to do work in the customer lounge, which had good workspaces, wifi, and phone chargers. The service was, as promised, completed on time. I paid a fair price and was on my way. You can usually tell the quality of an organization by the character of the individuals who work there. By this metric, Dirito Bros VW should be proud to have its service department. More
